the staff at the hotel were professional and the cleanliness was top-notch. the room we stayed in was well-managed and offered a comfortable stay. the hotel provided good wifi access and a wide variety of TV channels for entertainment.

The unorthodox location of the hotel, nestled within a domestic residential area, did not offer much to attract tourists.

Good service by the staff, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. the hotel was located close to many attractions that were easy to get to. One advantage was the good value for money; their prices were affordable for budget travellers.

The food was just okay, and some areas of the hotel were not well-maintained. the location was not great and the hotel is located within a residential area which did not have much to offer for tourists.

We were pleasantly surprised when they offered us dinner upon our late check-in, showing great concern for our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to attractions and also had a bonus of being near the Cumbum grape farm and vineyards. we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel has a strategic location close to the town center, making it easy to access different spots. During the Xmas period, they had a great bonfire experience. the hotel served tasty and authentic food.

The hotel lacked basic amenities around the area. The town is unexplored, and the shopping centers in the area were very expensive.
